  With over 15 years of experience in residential construction and community development, our team has built more than just homes, we’ve built teams, systems, and turned visions into reality. As the Founder and CEO of Kinect Design & Build, Michael Roessler brings the discipline of large-scale project leadership and the heart of a craftsman to every job site. From launching a 700+ unit build-to-rent platform at a national builder to managing custom remodels and new builds here in Colorado, our team understands that the most rewarding results come not just from what we build, but how we build it, with trust, collaboration, and pride in every detail.

  When Michael’s not sketching ideas or walking a job site, you’ll usually find him off-grid or on the golf course. He enjoys camping, overlanding, fishing, golfing, watching Tennessee football, and hiking the Rocky Mountains with his wife and their two dogs, Teddy and Lily. Whether navigating mountain trails or construction schedules, Michael is passionate about making lasting connections, bringing people’s visions to life, and doing work that truly feels like home.
